Mark Ventresca essentially renovated and modernized our entire house in four projects over about a three year period. The quality of all of his work was exceptional, especially his finish carpentry. He used top quality materials and paid careful attention to all details, whether it was the living room crown molding that everyone would see or wall studding that was covered over and never seen again. Once a project was started, he was on the job every day until it was completed, either working himself or carefully monitoring the work of all subcontractors. The work area was thoroughly cleaned at the end of every day. He was pleasant to deal with and basically just a very nice person. We felt comfortable enough with him in charge of the project that we gave him a key to the house while he was working and just went about our business. For the first of these four projects we had gotten several competitive bids and chose his. We were so pleased with the outcome of the first project that for the other projects we simply asked him to give us a price and a start date. We would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone. Mark Ventresca is the best of the best! Our basement is beautiful! Every corner is perfect. Mark hand picked all of the wood for the framing. He is a perfectionist. We enjoyed having Mark in our home. He was always pleasant and courteous and cleaned up every day. He was the neatest contractor we have ever had in our home. For the work he doesn't do himself, which isn't much, he only uses contractors he feels are also up to his standards. He made sure we were comfortable with all of his associates.
